Insurance Coverage

Many health insurance companies cover acupuncture. Jennifer will call and verify your acupuncture
coverage when you make an appointment. When making an appointment please give your member ID number, group ID number, the name of the
insurance company, your date of birth, and the name of the company or school you get your insurance benefits from. Also if you are
under your spouse/partner/parent´s policy please give their name and date of birth.
